We are closely monitoring the center for Diseases control and Prevention and World Health Organization's statements regarding the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) cases and following guidelines from these agencies and the local health departments. The wellbeing of our guest and associates is our paramount importance.

As we welcome you back to our guesthouse in Champasak, we are committed to providing you with a safe environment that aligns with expert protocols for working to defeat COVID-19. Consisting of in-house and outside experts in food and water safety, hygiene and infection prevention, and hotel operations, our management is redefining our cleaning and safety standards. We will actively monitor and evolve our solutions to ensure a continued focus on the health and safety of our guests and associates. When guests check into Narkon River view Guesthouse over the next few months, they will notice a number of additions to the company's regimen designed to set an even higher standard of cleanliness for the Guesthouse and Restaurant. Face coverings are required for guests and associates in all indoor, outdoor areas and public areas.
Surface Areas and Public Spaces
In public spaces, the company has added to its already rigorous cleaning protocols, requiring that surfaces are treated with hospital-grade disinfectants and that this cleaning is done with increased frequency. In guest rooms, Nakorn River view has added to its detailed cleaning practices, requiring all surfaces to be thoroughly cleaned with hospital-grade disinfectants. These new enhanced cleaning technologies including electrostatic sprayers to sanitize surfaces throughout the hotel. Cleaning beddings and linen with hot water wash machine including disinfection rinse.
To help alleviate the risk of COVID-19 transmission through person-to-person contact, Nakorn River View will be using signage in its lobbies to remind guests to maintain social distancing protocols and will remove or re-arrange furniture to allow more space for distancing. The company is planning to add partitions at front desks to provide an extra level of precaution for its guests and associates and is working with supply chain partners to make masks and gloves available to associates. You'll see more hand sanitizing stations around Narkon River View Guesthouse and Restaurant - near the entrances and front desks.
At Narkon River View , food handlers and supervisors are trained on safe food preparation and service practices. The company's food and beverage operations are required to conduct self-inspection using its food safety standards as guidelines. Narkon River View is also enhancing sanitation guidelines for associates that include hygiene and disinfecting practices. In addition, the company is modifying its operational practices for in-room dining and implementing new standard for cleaning dishware and cutlery (hot water 90 degree celsius dishwasher).
Providing a safer environment for our guests and associates is a top priority. Achieving this is a shared responsibility. Please join us in our efforts to enhance the safety of our public spaces by complying with local regulations, practicing social distancing (staying at least 6 feet or 2 meters from other guests and hotel associates), and wearing face coverings whenever you're in public areas of the hotel. These include:
Enhanced cleaning protocol
Enhanced Public Space Cleaning: We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, particularly in areas with high traffic spaces and high-touch surfaces including WCs as well as provided more hand sanitizing stations i.g. Welcome Desk. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Staff will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing and based on direction by the local authorities. Guests are asked to wear face mask at all time in public area. Training: Appoint on-property cleanliness champion and conduct updated training and protocols for all talent with daily reinforcement. Provide in-room amenity kit. Furniture: Deep cleaning and disinfection of all furniture, fixtures and surfaces including working desk, head boards, tables and etc. Removal of non-essential items e.g. magazine, books or printed promotional booklets etc. Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. We will provide housekeeping cleaning services after your third night with us and while you are away from the room. If you’d like to receive additional daily cleaning, simply let our team know and we will gladly take care of it. Our staff are fully vaccinated ( at least 2 vaccination)
